Tarot Card Readings
Often we’re too close to a problem to see the answers on our own. Tarot can help unearth insightful aspects of ourselves we might not otherwise notice—or, sometimes, want to notice! Tarot can call us out in uncomfortable ways. I don’t believe the cards themselves are magical, but the language we speak with them can be. I think of myself as a moderator or translator between you and the cards. I read with people, not for them, and dialogue is a big part of my readings.
I do my best to give empowering readings that give you agency and a sense of control. There are many gifted tarot readers who are qualified to give general, vibes-based readings and I am not one of them! I understand the frustration of not being able to articulate a problem, though, and not knowing what to ask makes seeking assistance even more difficult. If you are here on that particular map, no worries! I’m a good listener and after a brief discussion of your situation I can help you formulate a specific question that targets your particular issue.
If this sounds like the sort of reading you’d like, fantastic! Let’s schedule something.
For years, the only person I trusted to read tarot cards for me was my sister. I was delighted by my session with Lydia — more guidance as I considered a set of questions than predictions or trying to guess what I wanted to hear.
Insightful, great about getting into the nooks and crannies to make connections among the cards drawn, and really met me where I am, both in terms of the session itself and the hints being dropped (which, fortunately, were in LARGE FRIENDLY LETTERS because SOME PEOPLE struggle to take a hint, and that was also conveyed with kindness).
My experience with having you do a reading was like taking a hike with a friend who already knew the path, a combination of expertise and companionship. The readng had a feeling of caring to it, and I enjoyed how collaborative it was. You have a gift for process.
